But hopefully I can kick start this side project on a full scale very soon and I'll wait and see the outcome of it.
:D
Just wanna drop in and say ... I'm soo busy! Work - as usual. Personal life ... fuuhhh! Training for my Energizer Night Run (2 weeks from now!) and also I'm working on a side project. This side project keeps being delayed because I just don't have enough energy to proceed at times because I prioritize my runs and this side project falls second.
But hopefully I can kick start this side project on a full scale very soon and I'll wait and see the outcome of it. :D

Suddenly I had the urge to check if I was blacklisted by PTPTN. I recall receiving a "love letter" from PTPTN a few years back and I can remember very clearly ... I ignored that notice. Haha. (bad example, baaaad example) So, I went online to check (I hate calling their line) and found that all my query regarding PTPTN can be retrieved online. So, that means I don't have to resort to calling them. Yay! Guess, what? I'm not blacklisted. Phew! If you're not sure if you were blacklisted by PTPTN or not. Go to http://www.ptptn.gov.my/web/guest/sms and follow the instructions there to get your pin number first. Then you can click the link on the left panel to check if you were blacklisted. It's. That. Easy! Click pictures below for a bigger view. If you're wondering the balance of your PTPTN loan. Then, wonder no more. You can gain access to your online statement by going to http://://epay.ptptn.gov.my/loan/ptptnlogin.jsp and login with your ic number and pin number (which you have already obtained earlier). The bill is itemised and up to date. You can also make payment from here using FPX transaction.
A little community message, pay your PTPTN loan before they blacklisted you. (Serious face) You must be wondering who the heck is Riana Green? Nope, the name is not for a person but for a building ... a condominium to be exact. Located close to Carrefour in Wangsa Maju. I can't help but notice this tall structure (the tallest in the whole of Wangsa Maju area) every time I passed by Carrefour or Wangsa Walk or any vicinity close to it. So, I dig up more information about this condominium. Surprise, surprise .... that's when I fall in love with it. I've always dreamt of owning a house with a beautiful green landscape outside and Riana Green seems close to it. Below is some of the features that I love about Riana Green. Beside the awesome features, this condo is close to commercial area like Carrefour and Wangsa Walk and not to forget Wangsa Link where most banks are located. It also provides easy access to DUKE and LRT. The nearest station is the recently opened Sri Rampai. Convenient ey?
The price? For a 1909 sqft unit ... a whopping RM700k. Giiiiiiiila betul! Haha. Would I buy it If I have the money? A definite YES! Haha. I fancy living in a condo rather than a landed property due to the security that it provides. Besides .. living in a condo means I don't have to go far to have a few laps in the swiming pool or sweating it out at the gym or tennis court. I can do all these with NO extra cost! :) Hmmm I hope my lucky star is shining brightly on me soon. (*,*) |
