Btw, iPad will be released in the US in March. So, I don't know when the rest of the world will get hold of it. For more info, do visit Apple's site here.
What dya know, Apple have unveiled their tablet PC .. and yerp, it's called iPad. With a size that is slightly smaller than a netbook (9.7 inch in height) and packed with features you get on iPhone (without phone capabilities or camera), I think this is absolutely 1 helluva cool gadget. What's not to love about it ... when you can connect to the Internet with a screen that is much, much bigger than what your smart phones can offer and be on the go at the same time! Playing your favorite game just like you do on your iPhone ... with a bigger screen of course! It's not all play. iWork is included with it. You can do your spreadsheets, presentation with the onscreen keyboard. This gadget is sooo awesome and there's already a temptation in me to grab one of it when it is available here in Malaysia.

I woke up about 830 am today. Right, I took a day off from work. That's why I have this liberty when the sun is already up. The sun is shining brightly and already on top of the hill that is facing my bedroom. It is sooo beautiful and peaceful. How come I didn't notice it much every time I woke up each day? O right, I woke up to get to work before Subuh. Damn it! I downloaded these 2 songs. Remembered that I heard it days or weeks before but didn't get the chance to have it downloaded. It has been playing on my speakers since morning. 2 very good dance songs. Let's dance! Right after I watched Paranormal Activity last weekend, I wondered whether the movie was based on a true story. So, I seeked the help of the good ol' Mr Google. Apparently it wasn't. If it was .... it is waayyyy creepy .. thinking that a pchycopath is on the lose in the US. Haha. (Well, you'd get it if you have watched the movie) The movie sucks at the beginning as there isn't any paranormal activity going on there. But it starts picking up soon after. I like the scenes in the bedroom at night. (Now, now, don't start having any kinky ideas!) I meant the scenes where the boyfriend is recording their beedroom at night and that's where you'll see most of the paranormal activity goin' on.
Even though the movie is not based on any true story but it can still creep you out. I think because of the way it was presented (in a form of a home video although not entirely). That sorta gives you the sense that the strange happenings are real (which is not). So, if you like to give yourself the creep then go and watch this movie. I am so relieved that tomorrow is the weekend. I’m looking forward to weekend on every single week to be frank. Haha. Even though, I don’t have any plans to look forward to sometimes but I still can’t wait for the weekend to approach me! I don’t know … somehow the feeling of not having anything to do or anything burdening your mind (read: office work) is sooo damn relaxing.
I’m planning to watch Paranormal Activity with my sister and a friend this weekend. My sister suggested the movie. I’ve seen the trailer and looked quite spooky to me. Let’s see how spooky it really is …. the Internet! Really, as pathetic as it might sound, I just need Internet on a daily basis. I have to check Facebook (simply reading other person's status is just soo amusing for me. Hehe). I have to log into my email to check my inbox too. Not fogetting, spending countless hours reading other person's blog. I just don't care what's on tv as long as I have access to the Internet. That's why I get sooo f*@kingly upset when my broadband connection's suck a few months back. (I've switched provider since and never looked back. Yay!) The Internet is my source of entertainment too. If I missed something on tv I can look it up in YouTube whenever I'm free to do so. So, If I missed an episode on tv ... not a biggie .. I can have it streaming from YouTube. Laalalalala. Hence when my mom start hinting to buy a brand new LCD tv ... I'm so reluctant to give in. I'd rather have the biggest computer screen than a tv. I guess my mom's wish to have a slim tv have to wait until I myself turned into a tv addict which ... not gonna happen! :P Sorry, mom! Btw, in case you didn't notice ... that's Mozilla Firefox up there. My favorite web browser. One of my friends will be getting married in March. Another one to join the marriage bandwagon. I'm really happy for her. Me? I'm single ... still and with no intention of "crossing over". I'm happy with the way I lead my life now. No strings attached. So, I don't feel the urge to go out and look for Mr. Right. Besides, I don't think Mr. Right ever existed. Hey, I'm not even Ms. Right, so what are the chances of meeting Mr. Right, right? Haha.
For me, marriage is one huge, huuuuuge commitment and it shouldn't be taken lightly. Even if you think that you have found THE ONE, how sure are you that he/she will stick with you through thick and thin? Right ... no one can really give 100% assurance that the marriage will work. So why take such a risky chance? I know I wouldn't take such a chance. I'm not much of a risk taker. I'm happy with the way things are going in my life right now. Sure there are ups and downs but in the end .. I'm fine. I've got my mom and my sisters backing me up. I know they will always be there for me no matter what. And my dearest friends are around too. They are just a phone call away if I need them. Back to marriage, it is a gamble game. If you win, you'll find bliss. But if you lose, you're doomed. I don't think I'll be strong enough to pick myself up after losing such a battle. Na..ah. Not me. This marriage thing is too risky for me. I personally tried this and it works for me. I received this email about 2 years ago and since I tried it myself ... I can say it works. I've had a few small greenish stones in my stool and boy was I glad that I found this remedy then. The stomach bloats that I've experienced every time after my meal just gone. Emma, I thought that I've forwarded this to all those in my contact list then but maybe I forgot ... I couldn't remember. Feel free to pass it on just like how it was passed on to me. REMOVING GALLSTONES NATURALLY by Dr Lai Chiu-Nan It has worked for many. If it works for you please pass on the good news. Chiu Nan is not charging for it, so we should make it free for everyone. Your reward is when someone, through your word of mouth, benefits from the regime. Gallstones may not be everyone's concern. But they should be because we all have them. Moreover, gallstones may lead to cancer. "Cancer is never the first illness," Chiu Nan points out. "Usually, there are a lot of other problems leading to cancer. In my research in China , I came across some materials which say that people with cancer usually have stones. We all have gallstones. It's a matter of big or small, many or few. One of the symp tom s of gallstones is a feeling of bloatedness after a heavy meal. You feel like you can't digest the food. If it gets more serious, you feel pain in the liver area." So if you think you have gallstones, Chiu Nan offers the following method to remove them naturally. The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked. Regimen: 1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days, eat normally. 2. On the sixth day, take no dinner. 3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water. 4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts. 5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage. PS. 1cup=250ml, ? cup lemon juice=3 lemons (aprox.) The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools. "Usually they float," Chiu Nan notes. "You might want to count them. I have had people who passes 40, 50 or up to 100 stones. Very many." "Even if you don't have any symp tom s of gallstones, you still might have some. It's always good to give your gall bladder a clean-up now and then. PASS THIS AND YOU MAY HELP OTHERS! Green gallstones. |
