So, this year I decided to take a different approach in keeping up with my goals and one of it is to run faster than I did the last time for my Energizer Night Race in Sepang Circuit by April this year. I actually got a little help from Nike+ to get me through this. Nike+ have provided me with a platform to train using a set target but I honestly don't know why I haven't decided to try it until now.
So, this is what my training plan look like once I've set it up. I can clearly see when my rest days are and how long I'm suppose to be running on a particular day. Now, my job is to just run and follow these training schedules. Whee heee!
