It was an exciting experience to get close to the tallest structure in Japan and 2nd in the world at that. Tokyo Sky Tree is the latest landmark in Japan not to be missed. You have to get close to it to 'feel' how towering this structure really is. It is a neck-breaking act to see the top of this tower from a spot at the very bottom. Haha.
Of course with every towering structure in the world - there is a viewing deck. Tokyo Sky Tree has two. One at level 350 m above ground called Tembo Deck. The other one at 450 m above ground is called Tembo Galleria which is a glass tube that sort of spirals up.
So, hows the view up there? A-ma-zing. If I can sum it all up in three words - it would be Lego-bricks-Tokyo. Haha, Seriously, from up there, I thought I was seeing thousands of Lego bricks forming this city called Tokyo.
Unfortunately, while I'm up there, I didn't get the chance to see Mount Fuji. A bit cloudy it was. But still I'm happy to have set foot at Tokyo Sky Tree.
