No, this is not my new year's resolution. It is something that just happened. I want to maintain good health and going back to organic food seems to be the way to go.
Ever wonder why cases like cancer, diabetes and coronary diseases seems to be on the rise and hitting much younger people? Why is it, that when we look back at our grandparents or great grandparents .. they doesn't seem to have these critical illnesses so often as we do now? From what I've gathered, the difference with the generation now and the generation then lies in the food that we consumed. The generation now consumed more processed food while our grandparents consumed more non-processed food or organic is another word for it.
To be honest, one of the major changes I've felt since I've started this diet is that I no longer have that "draggy" feeling when I woke up every single morning. Ya, know .. the feeling that all your limbs just wouldn't respond to you and you felt that you still tired even after 8 hours of sleep. That feeling just gone. I woke up in the morning more alert and that's sooo cooooll. Haha.
So, I think this organic diet is a good thing and from the way things are going ... I'm sticking to it. :)
