Now, my whole body is aching. Haha. Aaaaaall my muscles are screaming in pain! My gosh, this was only 7.5 km! That's alright .. I think. My body will get use to it with more training. But the most important thing is ... I finish my run in one piece!
My next 5 km run will be at end of next month. I'm hoping to clock it in 40 minutes or less. Wish me luck!
