I'm starting to warm myself up to use a DSLR. (Yes, I'll buy one for myself soon) In the mean time, I borrowed one (Nikon D60) and test my skills at FRIM. I was suppose to fast today. Ganti puasa. But then I had to break it. I almost passed out when I got out of bed this morning. I don't know why I felt so light headed. I'm pretty sure my blood pressure is too damn low. I quickly drank a hot cup of tea with some biscuits and lie down on the bed. I just lay on the bed and read last month's edition of Reader's Digest. I think I just lay there for a bit more than an hour before I felt a surge of a bit of energy. I walk to the kitchen slooooowly, still not feeling ok and saw that my mom cooked a gulai with kerang in it. Great, kerang is a good source of iron right? So that'll help me with my low blood pressure I guess. I ate lunch around 12 or so and continue resting. I didn't do much today other than reading on the bed and snooze. Only later in the evening did I felt a little better.
So, moral of the story is ... do take a balanced diet. My meal for these past few weeks consists mostly of veges and fruits. Too much of a good thing is also not good I guess. Poor cats ... they keep missing. At least the one at my block. I saw another poster up the wall this morning announcing another poor missing cat. Just last week another poster just like that was posted up the wall. Complete with the cute furry face of the missing cat. So, if you have a cat in your house. Take good care of it. It'll save you time coming up with posters and put it up the wall at your block in case it got missing.
